how does Flexibility realise smartness?

When we started thinking about the dimensions of the smart city, the first thing that came to our mind was that the most important element is “smart people”, being the users of the city.

We decided to focus on this dimension and we divided it in categories of users:

 

-students

-workers

-inhabitants

-tourists

We then analyzed the needs of each category, focusing on the other dimensions as components of the city.

The needs of people are fulfilled in SPACE, and they change in TIME, so a city which is flexible is suitable for this continuous flow of elements.
